REPORT: Former Min Abboud Calls for Legalization of Marijuana
Former Tourism Minister Fadi Abboud has made a special study of the Lebanese state’s budget and the means to ensure sources of revenue in order to fund the pay scale.          

In this regard, Abboud tackled the cultivation of marijuana along with other items included in the study.         

He also called for the legalization of the cultivation of marijuana, and the authorization of its use for medical purposes and exportation.
