Architect dies after ceiling collapse in Batroun

Architect Maroun Youssef Maroun (born in 1966) was killed on Wednesday after the collapse of a ceiling and a concrete pillar.

The architect was in the process of restoring a resort in the city of Batroun.

Security apparatuses rushed to the scene and launched an investigation to determine the reasons behind the collapse.

Maroun’s body was transferred to the Batroun hospital.
