British Ambassador to Lebanon Tom Fletcher did not want to leave Lebanon and its people in a traditional farewell ceremony, but instead decided to organize a farewell tour to visit various Lebanese regions.
During the tour that lasted three days, the ambassador walked from Batroun to Jbeil, and Jounieh, to Beirut port all the way to Martyrs’ Square where he wrapped up his journey in the most amicable way.
