Judge Hammoud concludes investigations into Saudi Prince case, refers it to Mount Lebanon Public Prosecution

State Prosecutor Judge Samir Hammoud concluded the investigations conducted by the Anti-Drug Department in the case of the Saudi Prince Abdel Mohsen Bin al-Waleed Bin Abdel Mohsen Bin Abdel Aziz Al-Saud, and referred it to the Appeals Public Prosecution of Mount Lebanon.

 

Attorney Bechara Abi Saad was assigned to the prince.

 

Last week, the Inspection Unit at Beirut International Airport arrested the Saudi Prince along with his four companions at Beirut International Airport on charges of possessing and attempting to smuggle almost 2 tons of Captagon pills.

It was described as the biggest smuggling operation ever discovered at Beirut airport.
