Four injured in a car accident in Sidon

Four people including a child were injured on Saturday in a car accident in the southern city of Sidon.

 

The accident occurred when a Mercedes-Benz and a Toyota collided on the seaside road near the waste landfill, injuring Palestinian national Walid D., Hussein A., his wife Loubna and their son Ali.

 

The Lebanese Red Cross rushed to the scene of the accident and transferred the injured to Sidon's Al-Rai hospital to receive the necessary treatment.

 

Medics said that one of the injured is in a critical condition.

 

The accident caused heavy traffic jam in the region.
