Ministry of Health to close unlicensed diet and nutrition centers across Lebanon

Health Minister Wael Abou Faour said on Thursday that the ministry’s health inspectors will launch a new crackdown on the unlicensed diet and nutrition centers across the country.

 

“Some nutrition centers are only seeking profit and most of them are unlicensed where the specialists don’t have a certificate,” Aobu Faour said during a news conference.

 

He also reminded optical shops in Lebanon that a previous grace period given to them will end on November 29.
