Maronite Patriarch Beshara Boutros Rai toured the Christian villages of Syria’s Tartus, within his pastoral visit to the region.
During his tour, he tackled the political situation, stressing the need to hold dialogue between rival parties to restore peace and end killings in Syria.
Tight security measures were taken during the visit.
