The General Directorate of General Security declared that it has arrested Syrian national identified as A. A. on charges of having links with al-Nusra Front and being involved in buying weapons and transporting them to terrorist groups in Arsal’s outskirts, as well as bringing stolen cars into Lebanon.
The detainee was said to have been working alongside two other Syrian nationals and one Lebanese citizen.
Following interrogations, the suspect was referred to the concerned judiciary.
