On the occasion of Arab Police Day, the Secretary General of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers Mohammed bin Ali Koman, addressed a letter that was read before the officers and members of the Internal Security Forces.
In his letter, Koman tackled the difficult circumstances witnessed by the Arab World, where the conflicts taking place in a number countries, have contributed to the expansion of terrorism, extremism and human trafficking amid a rampant phenomenon represented by the recruitment of foreign fighters, illegal immigration and a growing funding for the terrorist organizations.
