Interior Minister Mashnouq says optimistic about holding a cabinet session after New Year

Interior Minister Nouhad Mashnouq said on Thursday that the nomination of Marada leader MP Sleiman Frangieh is not “only an initiative but a move towards more communication among the political parties.”

Mashnouq’s comments were made after meeting with Mufti of the Lebanese Republic Sheikh Abdel Latif Dariyan in Dar al-Fatwa.

On another note, Mashnouq said he was optimistic about holding a cabinet session after New Year.
