The airport customs foiled on Monday an attempt to smuggle two kilograms of cocaine, which were hidden in two children’s pieces of luggage arriving from Brazil via Ethiopia, the state-run National News Agency reported.
The agency added that the owner of the luggage carries the Brazilian nationality. Meanwhile, concerned authorities at the airport interrogated the owner of the bags before taking further steps.
