Judge Saqr presses charges against two Lebanese for belonging to ISIS

The Government's Commissioner at the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr, on Tuesday pressed charges against two Lebanese nationals, one of which is already arrested, for belonging to ISIS and participating in fights against the Lebanese Army in the border town of Arsal.

Judge Saqr referred the charges to the first military investigative judge.
