REPORT: Iranian Health Minister hopes Lebanon opens market for Iranian pharmaceutical products

Iranian Health Minister Hassan Hashemi met Wednesday with Lebanese Industry Minister Hussein Hajj Hassan, where he called for enhancing cooperation between Lebanon and Iran in the pharmaceutical and medical industries, hoping that the Lebanese market will be opened for the Iranian pharmaceutical products.
 
For his part, Minister Hajj Hassan said that Lebanon has an interest in benefiting from Iran’s development in the pharmaceutical industry.
 
Separately, at his residence in Movenpick Hotel, the Iranian Minister met his Lebanese counterpart Wael Abou Faour heading a delegation from the Health Ministry, mainly from the pharmaceutical sector, where they discussed Iran’s expertise in medicine and medical supplies industry.
