Beirut Investigative Judge receives final report in Ella Tannous’ case

Dr. Charaf Abou Charaf, in his capacity as the head of the scientific committee tasked with examining the dossier of baby Ella Tannous, submitted on Friday the final report to the Beirut Investigative Judge George Rizk.

The report, which consists of 220 pages, includes the results achieved by the said committee, which held 25 sessions in this regard, visited the concerned hospitals, conducted interviews with Ella’s parents and the concerned physicians and contacted international medical references in Paris, Stockholm, Brussels and Washington for further information.

A doctor reportedly misdiagnosed the case of Ella Tannous, leading to amputating her four limbs.
