Finance Minister Ali Hassan Khalil met Wednesday with the World Bank’s vice president and discussed the aid provided by the bank for Lebanon and joint projects to be implemented.
They also tackled the assistance expected to be provided by the World Bank and other international organizations to Lebanon in order to face the Syrian refugee Crisis.
On another note, they discussed the ongoing preparations for the Amman conference, which is scheduled to be held on the 25th of January, and the Lebanese agenda that will constitute a draft to the discussions of the 4th of February in London during the international conference, in which Lebanon will take part represented by Prime Minister Tammam Salam.
