Syrian national kidnapped in Bar Elias

A Syrian man informed Chtaura police station Monday that assailants kidnapped his 66-year-old father in the Bekaa town of Bar Elias on Sunday afternoon, the state-run National News Agency reported.

Adel Khello said that the kidnappers phoned him and demanded a L.L 20 million ransom to set his father, Khalil Khalil Khelou, free.
