The Cabinet approved on Tuesday a decree to fund the country's municipal elections and the by-elections in a south Lebanon district, paving the way for the elections to be held on their due time in May.
Interior Minister Nouhad Machnouk declared via his Twitter account the approval while the Cabinet was still underway.
