Taking place under the tagline 'We can. I can.', World Cancer Day 2016 hopes to explore how everyone, as a collective or as individuals, can do their part to reduce the global burden of cancer.
On this occasion, Barbara Nassar who defied the disease feared by everyone and refused to give up until her last breath, died and left behind an association to help the patients suffering from the pain she endured and its financial costs.
“It is not important how long we live, but how we live is all that matters,” Nassar said.
