REPORT: Minister Abou Faour urges Lebanese not to worry about H1N1 virus
Health Minister Wael Abou Faour said on Wednesday that the increase in the people infected with H1N1 is witnessed worldwide and not only in Lebanon, stressing the importance to vaccinate people at risk to be infected with the virus.

“This year there are so far four confirmed and two unconfirmed cases of H1N1,” Abou Faour noted during a press conference.

He also said that there is no direct or indirect link between the trash crisis and the rise of H1N1 cases.

Abou Faour concluded by urging the Lebanese people not to worry about the virus, saying no “epidemic is in sight.”
