Government Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr charged 13 suspects, including 2 Lebanese nationals, who were previously arrested in the region of Wadi al-Araneb for joining the Islamic State and planning ahead for terrorist acts, and various attacks against Lebanese soldiers.
The detainees were referred to the First Military Investigative Judge.
