The Lebanese Parliamentary delegation continued Wednesday its meetings in Washington, the latest among which were two meetings held on Tuesday with representatives from the US departments of Treasury and Defense.
While the executive procedures to implement the US financial sanctions are in progress until their issuance in the month of April, members from the Lebanese delegation reported that the US authorities expressed an understanding over the fact that the sanctions will have repercussions on the Lebanese local scene.
