Finance Minister Ali Hassan Khalil: We must remain vigilant about Israeli challenges

Finance Minister Ali Hassan Khalil said on Tuesday that any real political reform will not be achieved in Lebanon without an apt electoral law.

 

Hassan Khalil’s comments were made during an event for the AMAL party during which he said that we must remain vigilant about the Israeli challenges.

 

“We are not required to be against Arab countries or against the countries that defended the Resistance,” the minister added.

 

He concluded by urging the Lebanese lawmakers to attend the parliamentary sessions “to carry out their national duties” and elect a new president for the country.
