Future bloc member MP Ammar Houri told LBCI’s “Nharkom Said” Friday that “the recent international movement towards Lebanon reassures that Lebanon is back to the center of international attention.”
On the Syrian refugee crisis, Houri stated that the Future bloc had called from the very beginning to organizing the presence of refugees in Lebanon.
”How does Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil’s not welcoming of Secretary General of the United Nations Ban Ki-Moon act in favor of fighting the settlement of Syrian refugees?”, Houri asked.
The deputy explained that “the constitution is clear on the settlement of refugees, and any talks concerning this matter are nothing but a way to fake showoffs.”
