The Parliamentary Committee on Public Works and Transportation held a meeting Tuesday, where they discussed the airport’s security.
Head of the committee MP Mohammed Qabbani objected the performance of the Financial Bureau in this matter; as they asked for a reduction of almost 10% of the cost required to building the airport’s fence.
The committee requested upon the cabinet to give the airport's Fence building the priority along with other equipment required for better security measures, whether it was noted previously in the general budget or the Saudi aid.
