REPORT: Nilesat stops broadcasting Lebanese channels

Egyptian satellite provider Nilesat has stopped carrying Lebanese channels to its subscribers.

The company informed the Telecommunications Ministry of its plan to end operations in Lebanon starting 10 a.m. on Wednesday.

Nilesat's office in Lebanon is located in the Mount Lebanon town of Jouret al-Ballout.
