Egyptian satellite provider Nilesat stopped on Wednesday broadcasting Hezbollah-run al-Manar TV channel to its subscribers, "for inciting sectarian strife."
According to the state-run National News Agency, Nilesat administration said that the decision comes after al-Manar has violated their signed agreement and started broadcasting shows that provoke sectarian sedition.
However, al-Manar declared via its Twitter account that it will continue to be available via a Russian satellite and online streaming.
