Former MP Salim Aoun to LBCI: Bassil was first to sound alarm about influx of Syrian refugees

Change and Reform bloc former MP Salim Aoun said on Saturday that Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil was the first to sound the alarm about the Syrian refugee crisis.

 

Aoun’s comments were made during an interview with Nharkom Said TV show whereby he expressed his proud feeling about the leadership of the Free Patriotic Movement.

 

Aoun concluded by saying that Lebanon is still bearing the burdens of the influx of the Palestinian refugees.
