Beirut Investigative Judge, Fadi Oneissi kicked off investigations into the case of “Google Cash,” and summoned before him Toufic Hisso, in the presence of the latter’s attorney Mohammad Rustom, who requested a delay in order for him to submit formal pleas to the court.
Judge Oneissi issued an arrest warrant against Hisso.
