These fantastic pictures depict the lengths an animal loving Indian tribe will go to in order to protect our fury friends.

 

As if it is the most natural thing in the world, a mother breastfeeds an orphaned baby deer alongside her own child.

 

She is a member of the Bishnoi, a tribe in a remote area of Rajasthan in northern India.

 

They believe the deer is a sacred animal and do everything they can to protect it.
