Resigned Justice Minister Ashraf Rifi nominated Engineer Ahmad Amar Eddine for Head of Tripoli’s Municipality on Thursday.
After meeting with Metropolitan Elias Audi, Rifi stressed that there is no need to panic throughout the electoral battle.
