Palestinian director Mai Masri’s new film “3000” nights” was released in Lebanon’s movie theaters marking the 68th anniversary of Palestine’s Nakba (Catastrophe).
The film which won five world awards, is based on true stories of Palestinian women delivering their babies in Israeli prisons, Layal is a young newlywed teacher unlawfully accused with helping a Palestinian resistance group in an operation against the Israeli occupation army, as she gives a ride to a young Palestinian man in the west bank.
