REPORT: Bassil represents Lebanon in Vienna's ISSG meeting

Foreign Affairs Minister Gebran Bassil represented Tuesday Lebanon at the International Syria Support Group (ISSG) meeting, which was held in Vienna.
 
Following the meeting, Bassil said that efforts are being exerted to return peace to Syria and ​secure the safe return of the Syrian people to their home.
 
“We cannot talk about the cessation of hostilities or about a transitional political solution in Syria without mentioning the refugee’s return to their country,” Bassil added.
