Car accident leaves one person dead, another injured

The state-run National News Agency reported on Wednesday that a car collided with a concrete base on the side of the road in the region of Riyak overnight causing the death of the driver and the injury of his friend.

 

The driver was identified as Toni Sassine and his friend as Kamal Lalo.

 

Civil Defense team rushed to the scene of the accident removed the individuals from the car and took them to nearby hospitals.
