House Speaker Nabih Berri urged Saturday south Lebanon residents to head to polling stations and vote en masse for the lists backed by Hezbollah and the Amal Movement.
Berri also expressed hope that the municipal and mokhtar polls would pave the way for holding the presidential and parliamentary elections based on a modern electoral law
