US President Barack Obama has reportedly been eyeing a new home for his family to occupy in Washington after they move out of the White House, according to media outlets.
The Obamas are considering leasing a spacious brick home with two chimneys, a turret and a gated parking area in the leafy Kalorama neighborhood, Politico reported on Wednesday (May 25).
The home in the capital city's Northwest quadrant is owned by former White House press secretary Joe Lockhart. The White House has not confirmed whether the president has chosen this as his future home.
