Public Works and Transportation Minister Ghazi Zaiter said Monday that the International Civil Aviation Organization lifted public safety concerns off Lebanon after ameliorations done by the Lebanese airlines in this regard.
Minister Zaiter chaired a meeting for the Administrative Committee concerned with the security of Beirut International Airport, in presence of senior officials, where he stressed that all the procedures taken to improve the facility’s safety have reached their final stages.
