42-year-old Wissam Al-Masri was left severely injured after being shot in his chest last Sunday.
Al-Masri was riding a taxi with his Fiance on their way to Beirut. As they passed by the Kuwaiti Embassy four men were riding motorcycles and firing in the air to celebrate their favorite football team’s winning until another passenger in the taxi started recording their firing.
In response the men started intentionally firing towards the moving car, and made sure to take away the phone as they fled the scene, while the person who recorded the video escaped the taxi as well.
