Wissam al-Masri, who was hit last Sunday by a stray bullet in the vicinity of the Kuwaiti Embassy, has been struggling since, as the bullet remains stuck between his heart and spine.
Wissam is yet to go through a long and difficult journey since he has not yet undergone a surgery despite his critical condition.
