REPORT: Jalal Ismail Jaafar, Lebanon’s new victim of weapons proliferation

On Tuesday 21-06-2016, a dispute took place between young men reportedly belonging to Hezbollah and others hailing from the Meqdad family in the Beirut's southern suburbs  Dahiyeh.

The dispute soon turned into a shooting that left Jalal Ismail Jaafar critically wounded.
