Governor Khoder: Curfew imposed on Syrians relived residents of Qaa
Governor of Bekaa Bachir Khoder said on Wednesday that the curfew imposed on the Syrians in the region of Qaa and Baalbek “relieved the residents of Qaa and protected the innocent Syrians.”
Khoder’s comments were made during a press conference whereby he noted that he took a decision to ban the motorcycles.
“Only motorcycles of commercial establishments are exempted from such a decision,” he added.
Khoder also noted that the town of Qaa “protected Lebanon,” adding that he will discuss the possibility of re-locating the Syrian refugees with the International organizations “to preserve the safety of Lebanese people and the dignity of the Syrians.”

Khoder concluded by saying that terrorism has “no religion and no nationality,” adding that the Syrian refugees must cooperate with the security apparatuses in order to eradicate the terrorists.
