Sheikh Kabalan call​s for choosing any Saudi-Iranian agreement capable of ending wars

Jaafari Mufti Sheikh Ahmad Kabalan said Wednesday that the nation has become torn and ruled by Takfiri ideology and slaughter, noting that this situation has been prevailing over Syria, Libya, Egypt, Iraq, Lebanon, Bahrain, Tunisia, Somalia and all Arab and Islamic countries.

 

In a speech he delivered when heading the prayers held on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr at al-Imam al-Hussein Mospque in Bourj al-Barajneh, Kabalan noted that there are two choices available; either the war and displacement continue or a settlement can be reached to preserve what was left of the region and prevent total collapse.

 

In this regard, the sheikh called on the Arab capitals, including Riyadh, Tehran, Damascus, Cairo and Baghdad to stand together in a historical move capable of turning the pages on hostilities and conflicts, stressing that any Saudi-Iranian agreement will put an end to strife and will reach a higher level of security and inflict damage on Washington and Tel Aviv.

 

“We must choose this agreement for the sake of the Middle East, which may turn into a holocaust,” he added.
