REPORT: Two people from the same family killed in Nahleh

Two people hailing from the same family were killed on Wednesday overnight in a revenge attack.

 

The state-run National News Agency reported that members from  the Yazbek family set ablaze the home of Abbas Hamdan who shot at members from the Yazbek family in the town square of Nahleh in the city of Baalbek.

 

Mohammad Hussein Yazbek and his brother Imad were killed while Hussein Imad Yazbek and Ali Yazbek were severely injured and were immediately transferred to a nearby hospital to receive medical treatment.

 

Also, Fouad Hussein Yazbek was injured in his eyes and abdomen.

 

A Lebanese Army unit and Civil Defense members rushed to the scene of the fire and worked on extinguishing it.
