The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces announced Saturday the arrest of a man wanted for snatching bags.
30-year-old M.T. was detained in the Choueifat district.
During investigations, the suspect confessed to carrying out his schemes in Beirut’s southern suburb and Baabda district with his partner, identified as 34-year-old B.Aa., who remains at large.
They were accused of using force against women when stealing their bags.
