A new study shows that increasing your intake of fruits and vegetables will make you happier, helping you lead a more satisfied life.

 

Happiness was noticed at the increase of every serving up to eight servings a day.

 

The study displayed that those who altered their food habits to eating almost no fruit and vegetables to eight portions a day experienced an increase in life satisfaction equivalent to moving from unemployment to having a job.

 

Researchers at the University of Warwick found the well-being improvements occurred within two years - far faster than health benefits.
