The Supreme Council of the Roman Catholic Executive Committee called on all Lebanese institutions to stand side by side with Al-Qaa, while giving out aid to the families of the martyrs and the wounded.
The committee which had held an extraordinary meeting in Baalbek, called for the formation of a Lebanese Army barrack in al-Qaa, along with organizing the movement of Syrian refugees in the town’s project areas.
They also called for a quick finish off in sorting out its lands to limit any assaults, and called to pay off al-Qaa’s compensations from the Refugees Central Fund.
