Fadel Shaker’s brother, Mohammad Shmandar turned himself in to the Lebanese Armed forces on Monday.
On another note, Bahaa Al-Barnawi and Mahmoud Karout, both supporters of Salafist celric Ahmad al-Asir, turned themselves in to Lebanese Army Intelligence on Sunday.
