Following a three-hour wait for the cabinet session to end, Rozine Moughalian was relieved when she learned that she will head to France in order to undergo a liver transplant surgery.
The cabinet approved to cover half of the expenses of the treatment needed for two patients other than Rozine: Jana Khaled al-Sayyed and Ayoub Bou Hamdan.
