Civil Society Organizations, under the slogan “Discrimination and violation of human rights does not prevent re-settlement , nor does it increase security”, warned against fueling fear among the Lebanese people; which has lead to many inhumane and discriminatory acts against some Syrian refugees residing in Lebanon.
They also pointed out that there has become no differentiation between innocent refugees, who ran away from war and are just looking for shelter, and those who commit unlawful crimes.
