REPORT: EDL hunger striker, Rabih al-Sayegh hospitalized five days into protest
Rabih al-Sayegh, an Electricite du Liban contract worker, was admitted to hospital on Friday after five days into hunger strike, aiming  to press the company to meet the  demands of the employees.
 
EDL contract workers in Beirut, Bekaa and South Lebanon have been holding continuous protests, to pressure service providers to meet their longstanding demands to become full-time employees.
