REPORT: Syrian women at risk of sex trafficking in Lebanon
Weaknesses and a lack of coordination in the Lebanese government’s response to sex trafficking are putting women and girls at risk, Human Rights Watch said on Thursday.
The report said that the Lebanese government should “enforce its anti-trafficking law more effectively, remove obstacles to reporting trafficking, enhance police coordination, and provide support for trafficking survivors.”
